Proposal Automation System

A prototype that turns approved discovery inputs into a structured first proposal draft and an internal review task.

Prototype

This page documents a portfolio build. It does not claim a client deployment or invented performance result.

The problem

Good proposals require judgment, but much of the assembly work is repetitive: collecting discovery notes, selecting approved service language, formatting scope, and notifying reviewers.

The prototype

This workflow accepts structured discovery information, selects relevant approved content, prepares a draft, flags assumptions, and sends the document to a human for review.

Workflow stages

  1. Validate the discovery brief and required fields.
  2. Match the request to approved services and delivery assumptions.
  3. Create a proposal draft with editable scope, exclusions, and next steps.
  4. Save the draft and notify the reviewer.
  5. Record approval or revision feedback for the next version.

Boundary

The system prepares a draft; it does not decide commercial terms or send a proposal without human approval.
