The concept

This assistant turns a basic enquiry into a structured brief. It identifies the requested service, urgency, likely fit, and missing information before creating a clean handoff for a person.

Example workflow

  1. Capture the visitor’s initial request and contact details.
  2. Classify intent and identify missing qualification information.
  3. Ask a short set of relevant follow-up questions.
  4. Create or update a lead record with the full conversation summary.
  5. Route the lead and notify the appropriate person.
